Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be counted as completed and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling, except in cases of emergency.

Coaching fees are non-refundable once services have begun. If coaching is discontinued before all sessions in a package are used, remaining sessions are forfeited unless otherwise agreed.

Thread & Compass reserves the right to terminate coaching if it is no longer an appropriate or effective service. In such cases, unused prepaid sessions will be refunded on a prorated basis.
